Bistro 82 Goes Seasonal

Bistro 82 in Royal Oak introduced several new menu items for fall.

Executive Chef Derik Watson, who is also the executive chef of AFB Hospitality Group's new sister restaurant, The Morrie in Royal Oak, has revamped several guest favorites with seasonal flavors, including:

carrot salad with roasted carrots, hickory-smoke vinaigrette, buttermilk pudding, dehydrated pickled shallot
Scottish salmon with vanilla beet purée, baby turnips, baby beets, friseé, shishito peppers
roasted cobia with butternut parmesan risotto, edamame, maitake mushrooms, baby kale
sea scallop with chestnut puree, radicchio, apple, salsify, cranberry coulis, white chocolate
Bistro 82 is at 401 S. Lafayette Ave., Royal Oak.
